The Code of Conduct emphasises a zero-tolerance policy with regard to bribery and other acts by individuals or companies that could harm the reputation of the Salus Group in any way or which are inadmissible from the legal, moral or ethical standpoint and defines the basic principles of acceptable conduct both for employees and service providers.
For half a century, one of our most important guidelines has been to maintain the long tradition of personal and business integrity, to strive for the highest moral and ethical standards and compliance with legislation, other regulations, internal acts, as well as international and national codes of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
